Return and Refund Policy

We hope that you love all your purchases from Lydia Kenyona.  However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase.  Purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if we are notified within 10 business days of your receipt of the purchase.  After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for a return.

Items bought with STORE CREDIT are FINAL SALE.  

Email us for the reason for your return and forward photos if item was received damaged.

Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order.  Please email us at tara@lydiakenyona.com 

Once we receive your email, please allow 3 days for us to process your store credit.  Once processed, your store credit will be saved under customer name and is good for 90 days. 

Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code are Final Sale.
